This Harry Potter Wand is really nice. The idea that I have in mind and the one that is behind this picture is really different. In the original way to make it, it was difficult for children to do it and I think this could be a great party activity.
You´ll need:
- Dry little branches. The size is of your choice. Without thorns or chips.
- White Glue
- Wood paint in silver, black, gold or purple.
- A brush for every kid.
- Silver, purple, black or gold glitter.
- Old News Paper for the working area.
Give to every child a brush and the paints. Let the paint their own wand. Then clean very well the brushes and give every child some white glue. If it´s like the one you see in te picture, you won´t need the bushes. Give every child some glitter too.
Let every kid to do in their wound undulations with the glue. When the decorations are almost dry, put the glitter of your choice. You could use silicone too, but then an adult have to do the process because the silicone could make burns if used badly.
Let everything dry and...play with them!:)
