Nice Little Nests Tutorial great for Parties of Fairies, Forest or Fairytales, among others.
You´ll need:
- Balloons.
- White Glue.
- Green, brown and beige tissue paper.
- Thin ribbon.
- A little brush.
- Branches of some tree that take long time before wilting.
Instructions:
1. Inflate the balloons in the size that you wish your nest would be.
2. Cut stripes of paper an glue them in the middle of the balloon with the white glue helped by a little brush. The idea is to put glue in the whole zone of the balloon where you want your balloon to take form. Put a lot of layers of paper without caring if it´s wrinkled. Put sometimes a branch.
3. Let the balloons dry at least 24 hours.
4. Deflate the balloons carefully and separate them from the paper.
5. Make holes in the sides and tie some ribbons or thread on them like in the picture.
You can use it just for decorating or to put as part of a picnic, for souvenirs in parties...the limit is your imagination!
Found in ourbighearth now it can´t be seen so we have put all the information here.
