A great detail for a Mickey Mouse party.
If you like sewing it will be very easy for you. If you are not so good at it, just do it with pastic or cardboard. Cover the chair with black and glue two black circles. You can even glue two black balloons! If you want to do it of Minnie just add a ribbon.
It´s original and pretty.
