These DIY Bags with Tutu are so cute... It´s sold in Etsy, but, if you look close, you´ll realize that it´s not difficult to do. You´ll have the base with anything you want to o the bag: fabric, paper bags or even some milk cartons. Here you have the tutorial for making tutus. Proportionate it to the base of your choice. You can make 3 tutu layers to make it more vaporous. I the last layer you can add a band with sequins.
You can use it for Ballet Parties, Princess Parties (making them less vaporous, like the picture down) or Fairy Parties (adding wings).
