I think this Rainbow Background for a Party is simple, easy to make, cheap and the result is excellent.
You just have to cut some crepe paper in stripes and add some balloons on top.
I think the tablecloth would look better if you glue some crepe paper stripes (just a little) on the paper of the tablecloth, so the backgrounds continues there. I´ll recommend a cheap white paper for the tablecloth
Because everything is so colorful, I think the crockery must be in white.
It´s perfect for a Rainbow, My Little Pony, Barbie, Balloons and Hello Kitty Parties, among others.
