Cool External Decoration for Police Themed Parties.
You can make it as internal decoration too. Just ask your friends and family to `lay down´ on the street making postures as if they had been killed. Draw their outlines with a piece of chalk. If you can´t use chalk in the place you chose, make the outlines with masking tape.
