The key is to use these outdoor tables, which have a hole in the middle to place an umbrella. They might look like this:
Make the mast with a wood stick. Use an old piece of fabric to make the sail. To place the horizontal bases to fasten the sail, use wood sticks too. They are grabbed to the vertical stick with nails. Likewise fasten the fabric to the sticks using nails.
As tablecloth, use a piece of red and white fabric, or you can use a black one too.
