Look how Wonderful they are! :) You can make Hello Kitty favor bags for the girls and Keroppi favor bags for the boys. Besides of using them as Favor Bags, they will be great to give a Gift to a Hello Kitty fan.
Here you have the instructions to make the Hello Kitty favor bag:
Use poster board or gloss paper to make the whiskers and the ovals for the eyes. Shape the nose by making a yellow oval. It was surrounded with a black edge, but it is not necessary, Stick all these elements on the down part of the box. Check the photo to make it. Add a beautiful bow. It is ready! :)

Here you have the instructions to make the Keroppi favor box:
Cut the eyes and the rosy cheeks. Then, stick them on the bags. You can draw the mouth with a marker.
You can also cut the circles to shape by yourself the face:
