Easy way to make Party Hats
Kids will love wearing this hats! :) They are really easy to make and inexpensive. They won´t take a lot of time. You can use different materials: felt, coloured and patterned papers, silk papers, etc. It´s up to you :) They are ideal for
Kids Birthday Parties.
You will need:
- Party hat template.
- Scissors.
- Silicone
- Decorative paper.
-Embellishments (pom poms, ribbons, fabric)
First, print and cut out the template. Use this template to make personalized hats. Second, draw the pattern onto decorative paper. Third, cut out shape. Fourth, fold it following the dashed line. Fifth, add silicone to the folded flap. Sixth, roll the template into a cone and glue together. Seventh, decorate as you wish. Ninth, add the elastic band.
